What do you offer?

You can purchase a block of sessions. These blocks are 5, 10, or 15 sessions. You can then choose to have these either once, or for multiple sessions per week.

What is included if i purchase a block of sessions?

All sessions are an hour long and will be programmed based specifically on your individual fitness level and goals.

Nutrition feedback is also included (however this is optional). You can receive weekly feedback and guidance on your food choices to help you reach your goals.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to get started?

No. I have years of experience coaching a large variety of people of different ages and fitness levels. Your programme will be specific to you and will be designed to help you reach your goals, no matter your age or fitness level.

Where will I train?

I currently train clients at Clapham leisure centre. You’ll need to purchase a gym membership there to train with me.

How will you help me reach my goals?

During your initial FREE session we will sit down and discuss your goals and current fitness levels in much further detail. From here your programme will specifically be designed for you based on these fitness goals and fitness levels. We will aim to progress your sessions on a regular basis, helping you to gradually progress towards your goals. Alongside this we can also use a body scanner to keep track of your body composition throughout your block.
